The manual · watch or read

How the whole thing works, about a minute each.

We built an app for household admin. We're aware of how that sounds. But the boiler manual is now findable, the MOT stops ambushing you, and the receipts quit breeding in your inbox. Here's how to actually drive it — one short video per part of the app, with the written version underneath for people who'd rather read.

26 guides ~1 minute each every part of the app

Every guide is filmed. Tap play to watch, or skim the written steps beside it — they're the real thing and work in the app right now. No sound needed; the captions carry it.

House Belongings

Photograph a thing and its label. We read it in.

  1. Group your home into systems — heating, white goods — then file the things inside.
  2. Tap 📸 Snap it: photograph the item and its maker's label; the make, model and serial fill in.
  3. Add the receipt and ✨ Auto-fill lifts the supplier, date and price.
  4. On its page, 🔎 Find manual fetches the handbook and ✨ Estimate values it.

Set a job once. It re-books itself and nags you in time.

  1. Add a recurring job once — set how often, and how far ahead to nudge you.
  2. Mark it Done and it rolls forward to next time by itself.
  3. Renewals nudge you before insurance auto-renews at the loyalty price.
  4. Passports and driving licences are tracked a full year ahead.

  1. Create your private email-in address in Settings and copy it.
  2. Add the senders you'll forward from — only those get in, the rest wait for your nod.
  3. Forward a receipt from your phone; it lands in your Inbox in seconds.
  4. Tap Review and file it against the boiler, the car, whatever it belongs to.

Kids Diary

Who's got the kids, every day of the holidays — solved.

  1. Add each child's school and term dates — ✨ Find term dates can fetch them.
  2. The holidays derive themselves into a day-by-day grid.
  3. Fill the red Cover? cells with a carer, a club, or a one-off plan.
  4. Share one child's diary with a co-parent — they see only that child, nothing else.
