Our Bubble

Where everyone is, without texting “where are you?”

1. Everyone switches on their own dot with Share my location — nobody can share you.
2. Press and hold the map to name Home, School, Gran's — dots read “At School for 3 hr”, not a street name.
3. Alerts only where you asked: “when Jess arrives at Home, ping me.” Nothing is on unless you turn it on.
4. Pause erases your position on the spot — and the optional 7-day history is stored scrambled, deleted the moment you switch it off.

On the phone apps, dots keep updating with the app closed. Sarcastic mode calls the whole thing Big Brother — an app that honest about itself had better behave. It does.

Holiday mode

The screen you keep flipping to all holiday, brought to the front page.

1. In a school holiday, open the plan and tick Show on the dashboard on the week you're in.
2. That week's cover — who has which child, each day — sits above Coming up, and To-dos folds to a single line.
3. It always shows the week you're in — come Saturday it looks ahead to the coming one.
4. When term starts, the dashboard quietly goes back to normal. Nothing to undo.

Opt-in and per device — your phone can be on holiday while the kitchen iPad keeps the house honest.

Garden

Snap a plant. It names it, offers its jobs, and takes its place on the plan.

1. The search bar on Plants is the only way in — type a name, or snap a photo and say whether it's a plant or just an idea you liked.
2. It's a plant — name it works out what it is and what it wants: sun, soil, when to prune. Wrong? Not quite? Give it a clue.
3. Add to my garden puts it in with everything it found, and offers its jobs — a prune, a feed, a mulch — with a tick box each.
4. Say where it is on the bed's own picture; The plan draws every plant as a dot in its own flower colour.
5. Give it your postcode and the frost dates are yours, not an average garden's.

Works entirely by hand with AI off. AI only ever fills things in for you to check — which, for a plant, is the polite thing.
